    Quote requests

    When you send the form we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to enter (company, phone, country, message). It arrives by email and is used only to answer your request.

    WhatsApp

    The WhatsApp buttons open a chat in WhatsApp. From that point WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply.

    Site assistant

    The chat assistant answers with an AI service from OpenAI. What you type in the chat is sent to OpenAI only to write the replies. We keep the questions and answers for up to six months, without your name or IP address, to improve the assistant and the site. Please don't enter personal or confidential information in the chat.

    What is stored in your browser

    Your quote list and your cookie choice are kept in your browser so they survive a change of page or language. Sending a form sets one short-lived cookie that stops the same request being sent twice. None of this is used to track you.

    Analytics

    With your agreement we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the page are used. Until you agree, and if you decline, Google's tags run in a restricted mode: they set no cookies and send only anonymous signals without identifiers. You can change your choice at any time.

    Advertising

    With the same agreement we use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram, for example how many visits and quote requests they bring. They are not used to show you personalised ads. Without your agreement the Meta Pixel is not loaded and Google Ads stays in the restricted mode described above. You can change your choice at any time.

    Fonts

    The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when the page opens.

    Your rights

    You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to sales@gtetrade.com.
